Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times All orders ship directly from our fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery times are:

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
International Shipping At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@thegrillmarket.com and we will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
