Return & Refund Policy
Final Sale Items All consumable products — including rubs, sauces, marinades, brines, and condiments — are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. This applies to opened and unopened consumable items.
Returns We accept returns on eligible non-consumable items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thegrillmarket.com with your order number and reason for return. All returns are subject to supplier approval, as items ship directly from our fulfillment partners. We will confirm eligibility before any return is processed.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. In these cases, we will cover return shipping and arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
